I’m on a mission to try to live as productively as possible.

Not the 24/7 hustle productivity of “no days off” and “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” — the type of productivity that focuses on getting as much done in the smallest amount of time possible.

This approach allows for some real time to recharge and decompress.

I’ve spent hours consuming content and studying deep work and productivity, and these 6 habits stand out to me as foundational practices to perform at your peak and produce your highest quality work.

Steal these peak performance habits to get more high-quality work done in less time and move the needle in your life:

Work in intentional blocks

How productive I am in any given work block correlates perfectly with how well the intention for that block is defined.

The less clear it is, the more likely I am to become sidetracked.

I start researching something, reading an article for “inspiration,” and the next thing I know, I’m 45 minutes into a 90-minute work block with nothing to show for it.
